Refactor e-paper drivers and remove chat app (#699) 
Replaces the EPDiy and esp_epaper based display drivers with purpose-built drivers, and removes the Chat app.

Overview

Tactility is an operating system that focuses on the ESP32 microcontroller family. It can load apps from SD card that were built with native C/C++ SDKs.
