Improve module configuration (#661) 
DTS modules (device modules) often have a single source file with an empty `struct Module`.
The module's yaml file now allows a `dts-only` boolean to be set, so the source file becomes optional.
`devicetree.yaml` is renamed everywhere to `module.yaml`

AXS5106 touch controller

A driver for the AXS5106 I2C capacitive touch controller, used on the Waveshare ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.47.

Ported from the esp_lcd_touch_axs5106 component bundled with Waveshare's official ESP-IDF factory demo firmware for this board (ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.47-Demo/ESP-IDF/01_factory/components/esp_lcd_touch_axs5106/esp_lcd_touch_axs5106.c, downloadable from https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.47) - not a standalone repo. The original license was also Apache v2.0

Supports up to 2 touch points.
